Although it is snowing at the minute I noticed that already the bulbs are beginning to come through. The snowdrops appeared as soon as the first snows went away, and although they are only in bud and not fully open, at least we know they are just waiting for weather to improve.

 

The hellebores are in a similar state, and the very first crocus is showing yellow. I can't wait for all the new bulbs we planted to come into flower, so we can see if the plans I made on paper look equally as good on the ground.
